Refund policy
Hardware refund requests are reviewed within 14 days of delivery. Hardware must be returned in original condition. Configuration, setup, discovery, and advisory work are non-refundable once delivered.
Consulting hours are non-refundable once the session has occurred. Diagnostics may receive a 50% refund if cancelled before report delivery. Pilot engagements are governed by the signed pilot agreement.
Monthly support can be cancelled through the Stripe customer portal. Partial months are not refunded.
