Terms of service

INFRATEK LLC sells AI implementation services, diagnostics, advisory sessions, software configuration, and hardware-assisted private AI systems. All prices are listed in USD.

Hardware warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer where available. INFRATEK configuration and setup work is warranted for 90 days against implementation defects within the agreed scope.

INFRATEK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Paid pilots, implementation projects, and enterprise engagements may require separate statements of work.
